Building Services in Cornwall & West Devon
We believe the difference between a great building project and a stressful one comes down to experience, communication and problem-solving. From the first conversation to the final handover, we help overcome challenges, protect the original vision and keep projects moving forward with transparency, flexibility and care. Our FMB building services embrace traditional craftsmanship but are supported by extensive building expertise, we bridge the gap between high-end bespoke joinery and full-scale building contracting.

Extensions
If you need more space but want to stay where you are, we build extensions that feel like they’ve always belonged. Kitchens, bedrooms, offices, all carefully planned, straightforwardly priced and well built.
Conversions
We turn underused spaces into practical, well-finished rooms that work for everyday living. From barns to lofts, we manage the build with careful attention to detail from pricing to quality of finish.
