On budget
When you contact us to ask for a price for your project we will give you an honest appraisal. We ask a lot of questions at the beginning of the process to make sure we fully understand the scope of the project and your individual requirements. When you receive our estimate, we always ask to arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss the pricing before you make a decision. The reason we do this is to make sure everything in the estimate is clear and transparent. We always price a job realistically. We do not price it under budget to purposefully win the project, and then add the shortfall on at the end under ‘miscellaneous extras.’
We believe communication is the key to a successful project for both parties and will walk through the project step-by-step with you during the process. We will always keep you abreast of any unforeseen issues or cost implications at the time, although this is not a common situation because of our realistic quoting process.
